Vance believes one of the advantages of a community craft brewery is the ability to supply product to the local consumer when at its peak of freshness. Fresh quality beer produced locally, using the finest ingredients, and without chemicals in processing or preservation is the key to our success among beer drinking enthusiasts.
Rich Aggen, Vice President and General Manager, comes from a 33-year career in education, where he was a teacher, coach, principal and Executive Director of Facilities and devoted his career to building teams of all kinds. Brewing with Vance has Rich enthused to share his love for quality beer with the local community. “We are committed to providing only the freshest and best tasting beers at Beer By Design.
